On this site I found reviews of the levels of service previous clients had received and this provided an excellent measure of what I should expect from each service provider. The directory also clearly indicated the areas of law each particular firm were most experienced with and this saved time in having to ring around.
Long gone are the days when solicitors could afford to rest on their laurels. Now, as with any other service provider, they too have to prove their worth and qualify the fact that they deserve repeat business.
